Neutral is a lively all-girl doujinshi circle, making shoujo doujinshi with a very own style.
Cheesecake-studio is a large doujinshi circle that publishes fan-works, as well as original stories.

Tea Leaf is a brand new doujinshi circle planning on publishing a 3-monthly magazine.
Open Minded is a well-organised circle, with a focus on shonen-ai, shoujo-ai, yaoi and yuri genres. Their stories often contain mildly sexual scenarios.

These were at one time active Doujinshi Circles, but have now stopped production.
Several members are still active in the Doujinshi scene.

2001-2007 Goldfish Factory was the first Dutch doujinshi circle. Focused mostly on parodies of existing manga or anime series, for the enjoyment of manga fans.
2005-? Cannibal Cat is a multimedia studio influenced by manga and anime. They are the wild card in the deck, and aim for having fun, rather than becoming the best at manga.
2006 A young circle, with original works.
Discontinued, unfortunately, although two members still continue.
2006 A short-lived circle of artists from different countries, with varied and unique art styles.

Anime con 2007. Netherlands.
The biggest official anime fan convention in the Netherlands.
Held every year in june or july.
Abunai. Netherlands. Like a smaller, more social version of Animecon.
Held every autumn.
Chibicon! A new 1-day convention this year, but conveniently placed in the centre of the Netherlands.
This con also has a lot of interesting cosplay events.

Aniway is a stylish Dutch magazine about anime, manga & Japanese culture. They are very committed to promoting manga and anime in the Netherlands.
Club Sakura is a club for anime fans. They organise meetings and keep track of conventions to visit.
Polykarbon is a site of an American artist, with some good tutorials on how to draw manga, and some insights about life in japan and basic japanese.
