Mana-chan is short for Manager-chan, or friendly manager. In Latin this species can be described as a Homo Managus. They are usually born in small villages, but tend to travel all over the world for business and social contacts. They are often found among the Homo Manga-ka, because the Homo Managus feeds itself on anything that tries to attack the Homo Manga-ka. However, it can be easily calmed down by offering it a cup of coffee. ^_^ It's hobbies are writing and organising. Mana-chan's are a rare species, because they are usually taught to become Mana-Meanies, so if you happen to see one, please, if you shoot... only shoot pictures!!!

Hi, My name is Nynke, I'm a longhaired brunette with blue eyes and I'm 1.69m 'tall'. (Oh how I wish to reach the 1.70m one day!) I live in the northeast of the Netherlands, in Overijssel, close to Zwolle. That’s where I also go to college.
So, about me:
I’m a first-year art academy student at the CABK in Zwolle, although they won’t let me draw manga there, (They say manga can never be your own style..) I will keep doing that in my free time for Howling Riot.
The things I like are reading, drawing, having fun, going out and sporting. I like skating, tennis, surfing, skiing, snowboarding, volleyball, ice-skating (speed) and karate.
My favourite food is Chinese, but I also love (cup) noodles! Sweet things I like are tompouces ^__^ I can eat at least six of them! Things I don’t like are exams, friends moving away (that’s my curse ^^;), stress, and busyness... I want to have enough time to do the things I have to do, or else I break under the pressure. I’m not like a certain person who can keep going on by getting enough coffee! *winks at Mana-chan*
About Howling Riot:
To begin, I was one of the founders of Howling Riot. We’ve been wanting to start up our own doujinshi circle for a few years ever since we came up with the idea. We started thinking about how to do things and about a name. Though we were very eager to start as soon as possible we decided we’d start after our graduation, when we would have more time. Last year there was an explosion of new doujinshi circles, and when that happened, we wouldn’t want to be left behind! So here we are now, ready to ramble!

Pff, okay that's why I didn't become a writer in the first place, I'm so not good at these kind of things. Anywayz, I've been drawing whole my life (imagine me as a baby drawing on the wall driving my parents crazy), and started off with drawing foxes on every single paper I could find when I was 9 years old. In the third year of secondary school I discovered Dragonball Z and became an addict ^^". I started drawing its characters(vegeta!), and when I mastered that a little, mana-chan asked me to draw the illustrations for the story she was writing in “my own style” for as far as I had one :p. The biggest problem when you start drawing serious early, you make improvements and the older drawings aren’t good enough anymore. So when I finally finished the drawings of saga 1, I could just as well start all over again because I wasn’t satisfied with the first ones anymore. Now that I am drawing comics it forces me to keep the style stable at least until the project is finished ^_^. Right now I am in second grade of art academy, studying illustration and having a great time there. I am like a creature of the night, that’s also the time where I make most of my work. It’s not unusual for me to be drawing at 4 am, and still being in a good mood the day after that, they can’t say I’m ever grumpy. For the rest I like making music (singing), outsmart people, study intergalactic star systems, and to make an anime that takes over the world. ;P

I'm just your average guy with Peter Pan and Superman syndromes, and a tendency to avoid social contact. Think a lot, speak very little. I like drawing manga because of the freedom it provides, although my own style is pretty regular. I always keep myself busy by drawing manga, programming my RPG game and tinkering on websites. My biggest problem is that, for every project I finish, I will have thought up 3 new projects already. For Howling Riot, I will mostly be coming up with stories, and help along behind the screens, in secret (at least... that was the plan).

Now this is the story all about how my life got flipped, turned upside down and I'd like to take a minute just sit right there, I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel-air. In west Philadelphia born and raised on the playground is where I spent most of my days. Chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool and all shooting some b-ball out side of the school. When a couple of guys they were up to no good, started making trouble in my neighbourhood. I got in one little fight and my mom got scared and said 'you're moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel-air!' I whistled for a cab and when it came near the license plate said 'fresh' and it had a dice in the mirror. If anything I could say that this cab was rare, but I thought 'naw forget it, yo home to Bel-air!' I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8 and I yelled to the cabbie 'yo homes smell ya later!' I looked at my kingdom I was finally there to sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel-air.

I like to draw bishoujo and I'm kind of new with mangas, I also like to draw more realistic, Dark fantasy and gothic art aswell. I usually work in grayscale, but I can also color, but it takes more time. I'm a traditional artist untill I get a good tablet to work with drawing on computer. When I draw I focus on the eyes and make them stand out.

Well, hi, I'm Sommie. I recently joined Howling Riot because I thought it would be fun and a nice experience. So far, I'm right ^^. I like to draw manga/anime style because it's fun to design your own characters, clothes, hair, eyes. In Manga/anime art style almost everything's possible, and, I don't know, it stands out for me and is more fun for me to draw than let's say, realistic animals, although I did draw animals 4 years ago xD. I've been drawing for 2 and a half years, manga/anime that is. I'm a beginner with drawing mangas, so be nice to me! XD I usually work in grayscale, but when I do color, it's with normal colorpencils. I still need to get a tablet so I can start on CGing, I have some work done with my mouse, but it's so slow x.x;. Other than drawing, watching anime and reading a manga occassionally ( I can't afford anything, or I don't have the time for it x.x;) I listen to music and do my homework! XD 'For real?!'. My name is Jordi Querol Sanders... I consider myself a doujinshi mangaka, a traditional artist and a gamer (I like RPG's the most, especially final fantasy) my birthday is 26/08/1989, I'm 1.83 m tall, I weight 68 kg, I have chestnut hair and hazel eyes and I live in Guadalajara city...
